一、校内公寓住宿安全
On-Campus Accommodation Safety
1.严格遵守学校的各项规章制度以及公寓管理规定；
International students must strictly abide by the university rules and regulations on accommodation.
2.自觉维护公寓卫生，并接受管理人员的定期检查；
All the students must keep the dorm well-organized and clean and cooperate with dorm administrator for regular checking.
3.严格遵守作息制度，自觉按时熄灯就寝。晚上10点后请勿在楼内大声喧哗、哄闹，不得使用音响、电脑等设备干扰他人休息；
All the students must strictly abide by the schedule of work and rest. Please keep the dormitory quiet after 22:00, behavior like making noise, speaking loudly, using audio and computer to disturb others is prohibited.
4.严禁在宿舍内吸烟，以防火灾发生；
Smoking in dormitory is prohibited to prevent fires.
5.妥善保管个人贵重物品及身份证件，现金存入银行，离开房间时锁好门窗；
Lock the doors and windows when you leave dorm. Keep your valuable things and personal ID carefully and be sure to deposit cash in the bank.
二、校外住宿安全
Off-campus Accommodation Safety
1.遵守当地社区相关规定及社会公德；
Abide by the relevant regulations of the local community and social ethics.
2.外出时关好门窗，注意消防安全；
Close doors and windows when going out, and pay attention to fire safety.
3.晚上9点后请勿在楼内大声喧哗、哄闹，不得使用音响、电脑等干扰他人休息；
Do not make loud noises or commotion in the building after 9:00 p.m., and do not use speakers, computers or other devices to disturb others' rest.
4.严禁容留或藏匿非法居留人员；
It is strictly forbidden to accommodate or hide persons with illegal residence.
5.入住校外住所后，须在24小时内办理临时住宿登记。不得为非法居留人员提供住宿或藏匿场所，不得协助其逃避检查，严禁为非法居留人员提供出入境证件。违反者将依法予以罚款、拘留；情节严重者，可能被遣送出境。
After moving into off-campus accommodation, you must complete temporary residence registration within 24 hours.Do not provide accommodation or hiding places for persons with illegal residence, do not assist them in evading inspection, and it is strictly prohibited to provide entry-exit documents for such persons.Violators shall be fined or detained in accordance with the law; those with serious circumstances may be repatriated.
三、交通安全
Traffic Safety
1.请遵守中国法律法规，自觉遵守交通规则，注意交通安全；
Please abide by Chinese laws and regulations, consciously follow traffic rules, and pay attention to traffic safety.
2.不准非法驾驶机动车辆，不准驾驶摩托车和电动摩托车，严禁酒后驾车；
It is forbidden to drive motor vehicles illegally, ride motorcycles or electric motorcycles , and drink-driving is strictly prohibited.
3.驾车或骑行时，不得逆行、超速行驶、强行超车；
Do not drive or ride in reverse, speed, or overtake forcibly.
4.横穿马路时，请走人行横道，注意来往车辆；
When crossing the road, please use the crosswalk and watch for oncoming vehicles.
5.乘坐公交车时请有序排队，不拥挤、不争抢，不乘坐无牌、无证及超载车辆，防范交通事故。
Please queue in order when taking the bus, do not crowd or rush. Do not take unlicensed, undocumented or overloaded vehicles to prevent traffic accidents.
四、消防安全
Fire Safety
1.安全使用电器，离开房间时及时关闭电源；
Use electrical appliances properly and turn off electrical equipment when leaving dorms.
2.不乱扔烟头，不在房间内使用明火；
Do not throw cigarette butts everywhere. Open fire indoors is forbidden.
3.不挪用和损坏消防器材，不堵塞消防通道；
Do not move or break fire extinguishers. Do not block Fire Engine Access.
4.公寓内生活垃圾应及时清除，不得乱堆乱放，以防成为潜在引火源；
Students should clear away the rubbish in time and should not put them randomly to prevent fires.
5.发生火灾时，用湿毛巾捂住口鼻，向安全区域撤离；
In the event of a fire, use wet towel to cover your mouth and nose.
6.穿越浓烟逃生时，要尽量使身体贴近地面，以免窒息；
When passing through dense smoke, lower your body to the ground to avoid the risk of choking.
7.牢记宿舍逃生路线，火灾发生时请不要使用电梯。
Remember the fire escape routes, and do not use elevator when building is on fire.
五、防丢防盗防骗
Prevention of loss, theft and fraud
1. 严格遵守中国法律法规，注意人身和财产安全，防止各种事故发生；
International students must strictly abide by the Chinese laws and regulations. All the students must pay attention to personal safety and property to prevent accidents.
2.妥善保管现金、手机、手提电脑、数码相机等贵重物品；
Keep cash, mobile phones, laptops, digital cameras and other valuables properly.
3.护照、学生证、银行卡等重要证件严禁转借他人，不轻易泄露银行密码等个人隐私信息；
Passports, student ID cards, bank cards and other important documents are strictly prohibited from being lent to others. Do not easily disclose personal privacy information such as bank passwords.
4.离开宿舍时要关好门窗、锁好房门，乘坐公共交通工具时，下车前请确认个人物品；
Close doors and windows and lock the door when leaving the dormitory. When taking public transportation, please check your personal belongings before getting off.
5.不轻信不明传单、陌生人电话及各类网络诈骗，提高警惕，不与陌生人进行不明资金交易，防止上当受骗；
Do not trust unknown flyers, calls from strangers or various online scams. Stay vigilant, do not conduct unknown fund transactions with strangers, and prevent being defrauded.
6.网上购物时，选择合法、信誉较高的网站进行交易，以防止个人账号、密码被盗。
For the safety of personal accounts and passwords, students should choose legal and reputable website to conduct transactions.
六、社交与网络安全
Social and Internet Safety
1.文明交友，杜绝不良习惯，避免前往酒吧、夜店等与不符合学生身份场所；
Make friends in a civilized manner, reject bad habits, and avoid going to bars, nightclubs and other places inappropriate for students.
2.审慎交友，提高警惕，避免因社交不慎而卷入非法事件；
Make friends cautiously, stay vigilant, and avoid getting involved in illegal incidents due to careless social interactions.
3.尊重中国民族风俗，与同学、邻里友好相处，互相尊重文化及生活习惯差异；
Respect Chinese ethnic customs, get along well with classmates and neighbors, and respect differences in cultures and living habits.
4.文明饮酒，避免过量。请务必节制饮酒，保持清醒，避免因饮酒失控造成不良后果；
Drink responsibly and avoid excessive drinking. Please drink moderately, stay sober, and prevent adverse consequences caused by losing control due to alcohol.
5.在公共场所增强安全防范意识，提高自我保护能力，不要轻相信陌生人，增强明辨是非的能力。
Students should enhance security awareness and improve self-protection in public places. Do not trust strangers and enhance the ability to distinguish right from wrong.
6.严格遵守中国网络管理规定及学校相关要求，不登录非法网站、不传播有害信息；
Strictly abide by Chinese internet management regulations and relevant school requirements. Do not log on to illegal websites or spread harmful information.
7.网络聊天不泄露个人真实信息，网上购物选择合法、信誉较高的平台，防范账号密码被盗；
Do not disclose real personal information during online chats. Choose legal and reputable platforms for online shopping to prevent account and password theft.
8.不得利用网络传播暴力、淫秽信息，编造、传播虚假信息扰乱社会秩序，或侵害他人名誉、隐私、知识产权及其他合法权益。
Do not use the internet to spread violent or obscene information, fabricate or spread false information to disrupt social order, or infringe upon others' reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests.
七、牢记证件有效期及法律法规：
Keep in mind the validity period of your documents and relevant laws and regulations.
1.要牢记本人护照、签证/居留许可、临时住宿登记有效期；
Keep in mind the validity periods of your passport, visa/residence permit, and temporary accommodation registration.
2. 停留时间超过签证/居留许可有效期限即属非法居留，将被依法处以每日五百元、总额不超过一万元的罚款，或五日以上十五日以下拘留，严重影响学业；
Staying beyond the validity period of your visa/residence permit constitutes illegal residence. Violators shall be fined 500 yuan per day, up to a maximum of 10,000 yuan, or detained for not less than 5 days but not more than 15 days, which will seriously affect your studies.
3.外国人入住住宿地后须在24小时内办理临时住宿登记，否则将受到处罚；
Foreigners must complete temporary accommodation registration within 24 hours after checking into accommodation; otherwise, they will be punished.
4.请在护照到期前及时向驻华本国使领馆申请新护照（各国申请周期不同，请提前了解办理时间，避免签证过期）。取得新护照后10天内办理新的签证/居留许可；
Please apply for a new passport from your home country’s embassy or consulate in China before your passport expires (processing times vary by country; please learn about the procedure in advance to avoid visa expiration). Within 10 days of obtaining a new passport apply for a new visa/residence permit.
5.请严格遵守中国相关法律法规，不得从事任何形式的非法就业活动，包括在教育机构从事外语教学、担任家教、参与商业演出、未经许可的实习或勤工助学等。违者将面临罚款、拘留等行政处罚；情节严重的，可能被依法遣送出境；
Strictly abide by relevant Chinese laws and regulations, and do not engage in any form of illegal employment, including but not limited to foreign language teaching at educational institutions, working as a tutor, participating in commercial performances, unauthorized internships or part-time work-study programs. Violators will face administrative penalties such as fines and detention; in serious cases, they may be repatriated in accordance with the law.
